Digi-Chain Games (“we”, “our”, “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data.

 • Non-personalised ads and essential app functionality rely on legitimate interests, such as funding free apps and ensuring app performance.

 • For apps directed at children under 13, personalised ads are disabled in compliance with COPPA.

 • For general-audience apps that may appeal to children, we use a neutral age gate. If a user indicates they are under 13, personalised ads are automatically disabled.

Digi-Chain Games does not store or retain any user data.

All data collected via advertising is managed and retained by Google AdMob and its partners in line with their respective privacy policies.

Google AdMob may process data on servers located outside your country of residence, including in the United States.

These transfers are safeguarded by legal mechanisms such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs), implemented by Google.

If you are located in the EU/EEA, you may have the right to:

 • Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data

Under GDPR Article 27, some non-EU organisations are required to appoint a representative within the EU.

Digi-Chain Games has not appointed an EU representative because:

 • We do not directly collect or process personal data, and

 • All data processing is carried out independently by Google AdMob as the data controller.

If our role changes in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and appoint a representative if required.
